DELIVERY INFORMATION and FAQ'S

We are pleased to be partnered with one of the UK's most trusted delivery company to ensure your seafood is delivered reliably, secure and quick. Order online and your delivery will be shipped as soon as the next slot is available. 

Our courier works overnight to ensure your next day delivery. Fresh seafood can arrive within 48 hours of ordering.  Place your order Sunday to Thursday for it to be despatched the following day across most of the UK. Deliveries are operated by Royal Mail and will be tracked to your door. 

Our environmentally friendly packing is designed to keep your seafood chilled for up to 72 hours. On rare occasions, your order may arrive a day late but your product will still be cold and safe to consume. All products are wrapped in thermal packaging with gel packs to keep the box chilled. 

You can pre order up to 6 weeks in advance. If you are not wanting next day delivery, please make your preferred delivery date known in the 'notes' section of checkout. 

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for delayed deliveries unless the quality of the product has been compromised. In the very rare occurrence that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please contact the courier directly.
